I think he means following constraints that limit what you eat. I think dieting is cope too, you should just know what's better for your body on your needs, every body is so different it's pointless

french fries are objectively shit to eat they have hella fats usually u would be hard pressed to find a french fry with good macros. Most fast food places are covered in way way too much fats and sugars

I mean yea. If you overeat frenchfries to the point where you end up in a caloric surplus and limit other protein rich sources youll end up fat with a shit body composition.

But beyond that the impact is negligible for 99% of people

But when you look at the actual outcome data just doing cardio blows a "healthy" diet out of the water

it isnt about calories in and out, u can eat in a deficit and still gain weight with newbie gains if ur spam eating protein. Calories do matter, but nigga like half ur daily amount of fats for a grown adult is in one mcdonalds fries.

I dont think there are literally any good items at fastfood places that are pretty low fat , high protein, low sugar, if there is someone has to let me know because from what i read they dont exist and are all fat bombs

I couldve easily built my physique just by spamming extra meat on bigmacs in a bulk and spamming them less in a cut
