soon i will be on 6 ius of hgh I'm 14 years old 140 pound 5,11.my diet right now consists of fish,eggs,meat i dont eat any carbs i eat avacados,butter for fat.my goal isnt to lose weight but to hopefully max my puberty ive been on this diet since i was 12 years old should i stay on this diet while im on hgh or shoul i change it.

macros:
protein:150g+
carbs:20g
fat:90g

Yes it likely will, you need to use ancillaries whilst using HGH and eating that many carbs to mitigate the side effects like IR. And im not talking about shit like metformin etc... long term your insulin resistance will get worse and worse eventually needing insulin

It will contribute indirectly to the closure of epiphyseal growth plates or a shorter adult height but on rhGH the risk is lower as the reason for less height gain is the decreased serum igf-1 levels

You only need around 50 at most. It doesn’t scale with bodyweight, and there’s no added benefit beyond a certain threshold.

Lol I didn't even read anything after the 20g carbs, why would one even focus on fat intake its pretty much useless on exogenous hormones right? But on high calorie diets you already get around 50g as its hard to avoid so that's good I guess

aside from the height boost im mainly taking hgh for facial bone mass.did you notice good changes in facial aesthetics while on hgh,

Not useless, but you technically need a bit less.
The right fats like Omega3 are essential, but high saturated fatty acids strongly increase LDL-cholesterol, and also insulin resistance.
You would restrict them as good as possible imo, especially as a non-natty.

i just dont see a point in carbs they make me feel like a lazy shit after eating them.my body already runs on fat and if that isnt enough energy i can shove a monster down my throat.

well i stopped eating carbs for my skin but now that im on accutane im open to looking into new diets my main concern is keeping my face debloated.carbs seem to have that affect.

What are you talking about? You primarily need fats for the health of your cell membranes, as they allow nutrients and hormones to pass through. That’s also why you should prioritize unsaturated fats, especially Omega3s. They keep the lipid tails flexible and functioning properly.
