what diet should I do ( bulk cut or maintenance ) im on test 400 and tren 135 and 6'1 180 lbs 14% bf I wanna get really lean cuz I hold fat in my face but not look like a twink, can I still gain muscle if I do a 300-500 cal deficit, just ordered reta to help me with the deficit because im hungry like a chud

the tren will burn the fat for you and will increase muscle mass

from everything that ive seen, the primal diet looks the most nutritious but could be unsafe
 
there is if you consume alot like 10g+
ehhh kinda, but u dont wanna be in ketosis pre 18. after puberty ye carbs are shit but u should be loading up on milk and honey and cheese during development

Vonderplanitz and goatis their advice, or rather primal diet is good when u suffer from health applications or just wanna be healthy in general but for ‘looksmaxxing’ and gymcelling carbs are the most anabolic thing u can give ur body.

What do you think GH and IGF1 is all about?

Those high protein diets for gymcelling is straight dogshit, u need a shitload of carbs to put ur body in it’s peak performance state.

Yes, I don't doubt this. Obviously eating raw meat and stuff aren't going to be completely anabolic for appearance and you will actually struggle with weight gain and muscle growth.

A primal can still load on carbs but it's simply not worth it for them, and I agree that protein for gymcelling is useless without carbs.

If you care more about mass + looks investments then: carb load + protein load (whilst getting vitamins))

Mix of both worlds (General Health + Looks) : Primal

I’ve had a taste for all sorts of diets the past few years and no doubt strictly fats and protein made me the healthiest. I even made a thread on here before on how it cured my asthma and bad acne etc etc

However up until ur like 23, I think it’s just minning urself by not overloading ur body with carbs in terms of development

Yes, absolutely agree. (However I do think you should stay in ketosis after development which fully stops at around age 20)

Do you plan on ever going primal / fats + proteins once you're satisfied with your growth?
And for the asthma part - thats really interesting, could you link that?

Yes forsure, I think once I quit my cycle I’ll switch back over to primal immediately. I’ll search for it tomorrow, it’s kinda late and cba to spend 10mins finding it. I’ll tag u tomorrow
