I only eat meat, eggs, tuna, avocado, bananas and potatoes
Besides that i only drink ayran, milk, water and kefir

Most people here doesnt track calories, but for those who does.
I eat 2k calories a day (on a cut rn, maint. is 2,5k)

When I cut a few weeks from now I will go down to sub 2000

I eat whatever, I just try to get enough micronutrients in while avoiding sodium/refined sugar

2.5k cals a day 6'3 cutting

starting this weekish ive cut out fruits and nuts opting for animal based foods only so lets see how that goes
today i've ate (real) greek yogurt 2 chicken breasts and some unsalted cheese (kerrygold) planning on making some eggs next
