No breakfast. Make sure there is a 16 hour window between the time you ate before sleeping and then when yoh eat the next day. To break the short intermittent fast eat 4 eggs. Then if your very hungry that day get a thing of beef jerky. DO NOT DRINK OUT OF PLASTIC. I cut plastic out of my life and only drink from glass water and don’t drink anything but water.
OYSTERS: oysters are so so so important. Zinc supplements have been proven not to work and your body needs it from a natural source. I typically eat 6-10 oysters everyday.
SALMON: my dinner every night that I do eat is a fillet of salmon.
STOP USING SHAMPOO AND BODYWASH: contains phytoestrogens that inhibit protein synthesis as proven by studies.
Ever since making these changes I can jack of 5 times a day and wake up with morning wood. I have went from 160 to 137lbs in 2.5 months doing this. Ofc I have my cheat days where I eat donuts and such but still. Height: 5’10.5. The results:
