every post about "good" diet i see some people say eat that others say dont I dont even know what to follow anymore
I stopped trying to bulk for the gym and eating like shit but I need some guidance on what I should be eating more? I'm 182cm 64-66kg im trying to lower my bf%

meat fruits eggs and some dairy thats it

raw dairy raw meat saved my life also boosted my test by a lot also other benefits. Before you say it's cope just try it i thought it was cope too until i tried it.

Tbh avoid seeds and oils and mostly eat organ meat if its abt nutrition.

TBH I would bulk up and then cut. Last year I did bulk from 155lbs to 183lbs (from june to late january) then I went down to 163lbs lean. I did -800kcal (-500kcal from diet -300 from 12/5/30 threadmill). I did simple PPL twice a week with weight progression. I think getting to lower bf% at your height and weight is pointless since you already have to be slim.

I was in the state of bulking for my physique but also wanting to be lean and cut down face fat and bf in general
i've been thinking about putting my focus on football (soccer) so I get my exercise and cardio in. Do that for a couple of months then clean bulk and not dirty bulk like i was doing.
I think getting to lower bf% at your height and weight is pointless since you already have to be slim.
I am, the only reason im doing this is because of face-fat/bloating. it isnt much but it bothers me way too much for me to not do anything about it.

I know your pain with face bf%, but it is part of the process. Being completly honest at the end of the bulk I was kinda chubby, but at the end now I have kinda prominent facial features. The most important thing last year for me was to be lower bf% but not skinny fat. I did +400kcal bulk mainly from eating hole lot of nuts and other high kcal food at the top of my regular maintenance diet. But regarding one of the comments please do not consume raw milk and raw meat.

I know your pain with face bf%, but it is part of the process. Being completly honest at the end of the bulk I was kinda chubby, but at the end now I have kinda prominent facial features. The most important thing last year for me was to be lower bf% but not skinny fat. yea I still need to choose if i want to bulk up now then cut or get lean then strictly clean bulk
i was just talking to a friend and came to the conclusion if i change my diet and clean bulk now cutting would be a lot easier afterwards, besides as i said the face fat I have isnt much and isnt a failo for me i think the reason it bothers me so much is i dont touch grass enough
and I wont do the raw meat diet dw

Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to bulk. I tried "clean" bulk, had enough perseverance to do aggresive cut for about 9 weeks and I wouldn't change anything about it. Pick what best suits you, but I wouldn't cut as I said
