I am an athlete who is relatively new to bp/looksmaxxing. My diet today consisted of 3 bananas (debloat), one potato (debloat), 3 slices of toasted bread (non processed bread) with raw honey and raw feta cheese, 4 litres of water, and thin, long, cut steak with various vegetables and spaghetti (butter was used). I usually eat the same everyday except my dinner changes, is there anything I have to incorporate or change in my diet? I am a 6,0 14 year old btw.
 
update, I ate a greek yogurt cup with fruit (last thing ill eat today)
 
Non of these are in order btw, I didn't scarf down 3 bananas in the morning lmfao
