Dieting and addiction

This is a pretty quick summary but dieting is not as hard as people think it's addiction that's more to it not eating seed oils and artificial sugar is easy the problem is when you stop eating and limit yourself to 2000 cals a day you will lose dopamine the dopamine rush you get from eating for example a bar off chocolate is short and quick but obv a bar off milk chocolate is 60%sugar so you'll be way fatter then if you eat the same amount off calories in vegetables so it's simple just stop eating sugar and eat vegetables but no if it was Just stop eating unhealthy food everyone would be build like David laid the thing is addiction that bar off sugar does indeed give you more off a dopamine rush then the vegetables if you eat let's say cabbage or celery in exchange for it you'll not be as happy as when you eat the bar off chocolate which might be more unhealthy and hurts your body and looks more but you'll still eat it and that's called addiction the problem is when you quit eating unhealthy you'll lose your dopamine and be sad all the time which in my case leads to different addiction like porn addictions nicotine and more but my case it was a porn addiction this is practically impossible to avoid unless your instantly heavily disciplined or never ate unhealthy to begin with I don't know if this helps for others but the way I got out off addiction is talking to more people and getting a gf and compliments to how tall I am but I get not everyone is tall and gets a growth spurt early or is lucky like me but another way is to learn calisthenics or do any martial art when you do some flashy calisthenics move in my case the front lever which is pretty easy I always got complimented by other people which also helped me get a good phisique/frame but also helped me gain insane amounts off confidence this is my frame btw for who's wondering I can't show abs and stuff cuz I'm Muslim but anyways that's all there's to it there's alot more to it but this is just a summary off what I mean
