all your thoughts come back about the missed youth, missed prime life, potential future, and makes the present hella boring.

If your genetics allow you to lose the weight, congratulations. I wish we could all have the same trophy in life. And even then you will likely get horrible stretch marks, loose skin and even a worse looking face of it affects your ratios negatively and lack the bone structure.

I'm day 2 and quit and my genetics didn't give me the time because it seems to decide when I should quit and it's always at the beginning. Too much planning, effort, determination, consistency and willpower, all of which is proven to be genetic.

Not to mention the hunger hormones you get when you lose weight. Your body will prefer to be obese and will make you eat more to sustain that obese weight. @disillusioned talks about this and I agree.

No but it becomes like a drug and very hard to stop. Genetics play a role in this and even if someone did lose weight they would be fighting Hunger hormones.

you got options ngl

Even then it's not guaranteed to make someone look better. Actually the opposite happens a lot but those people are too insecure to show photos. Also loose skin an stretch marks

you only get loose skin if you lose over 100+ pounds

the drugs have nothing to do with loose skin and stretch marks, its how much you physically lose and how much ur skin has to has to transform

how big are you? if you only need to drop a couple pounds ur good

but unfortunately if your like 300+ , then you are far past the point of no return
