I'm tired of having a bad diet. What foods should I eat/avoid. I'm mainly targeting better skin (acne) and a gut detox. Tell me what foods to buy and what things I should blend to drink etc. I always eat a lot of sugar so I should cut down on both sugar and sodium. Give me alternatives to sugar (probably bananas right?). Acne is annoying and I can't fix it. I have three realistic options: One try the diet and cut down the foods you guys tell me to, two I go on accutane, three I pubertymaxx (at least take me 3-6 years depending on genes). My gut is dogshit and I want to maintain a healthy one. Thoughts?
 
5'9 and 135 (skinny but lean)
For your diet i would recommend eating lean meats and since you like sugar try to drink tea and coconut water.
Coconut water contains potassium which would make you look leaner.
Just avoid obviously unhealthy food.
Don't expect yourself to stop eating sugar in a day just minimize your sugar intake then try to remove sugar completely.
For your skin use an exfoliator , moisturizer, tretinoin and sunscreen
