Title my diet is chicken eggs milk cheese insanely high protein calcium diet to maximise height growth.

But my parents believe I need veggies for Fiber or else my protein won’t get absorbed and it will all just go down as waste.

So is that cope and a lie or is it true .

Ultimately I wanna maximise my height.

Fiber is a nice-to-have thing, not really essential. Either way, just do it. Don't listen to the "muh, but me not fiber and me good" anecdotal reports.

if you have a fart fetish go right ahead

short answer no absorption dosn't require fiber

dont ever listen to your parents because apparently they're giga low iq.

fiber is indigestible plant matter that sits in your colon, you cant digest it at all. if anything it would make protein get absorbed less.
