This is like a very tiny tip, hope someone who doesn't know about this app finds it. Instead of trying to assume you're getting all your nutrition from your current diet, why not actually figure it out? Cronometer is a GOATED app (or website) for checking calories, macros (protein, carbs, fat) and micros (minerals and vitamins). If you're suffering from micronutrient deficiencies, you cannot claim your diet is "optimal".

It literally calculates EVERYTHING for you, I don't hear it being about enough in looksmaxxing spaces, actually you don't even hear enough about micronutrients despite the fact that they're pretty much essential for body function, by definition micronutrients are essential components your body needs to survive, if you ain't getting them then your body will not work optimally!
