okay for more context before I show the diet yes I am 5 foot at 14 going into freshman year. I might just be cooked but hoping the raw milk cell can make me grow a bit more. I have started puberty. Also for reference I’m somewhere between 30-40 percent body fat and weight ~130 lbs.
Here’s the diet
Meat (things like beef, and lamb are preferred)
Eggs
fruits (mainly avocados here but the occasional berry)
Seafood(salmon, tuna, any sorta sashimi or anything too)
Dairy(raw and or whole milk, yogurt, cheese, try to get mainly raw dairy)
mainly want feedback if there’s anything in particular I should add. Also if there’s any supplements I need but I’m mainly focused on losing fat/debloating and growing taller.
