How can a 4PSL ascend to 5PSL. What's the main difference.
For example no matter how great your Jaw is , how great your nose is, how compact your midface is.
If you are slightly recessed or have bug eyes. Does that mean we can never enter the PSL5 category.
No one in this planet with a sane mind would want to put plastic or chemicals in his eye area.
Show me examples of 4PSL , 4.5PSL, 5PSL.
