Different types of genioplasties to achieve Height, Length, Width

Is it possible to do all 3: Widening, Heightening and increase horizontal length of chin with a genioplasty?


I would probably like to advance my chin forward around 8-10mm, but I will lose height and width doing only this. And my chin height and width is already a failo.


I know there is a genioplasty to add height and length called the “stair step” genioplasty, however I have not seen that many before and after photos so idk how natural these will look.
Here is an example of a stair step genioplasty:

I would also like to add width to my chin while doing this procedure, is there any genioplasty that can also offer this? Or just implants?

If there is a modified genioplasty which can achieve this, will many surgeons be able to perform it?

I'm not well informed enough about different genioplasty techniques.
This is not my area of knowledge.
You would do well to have consultations with even local max facs to get a gauge of what is and isn't provided.
How this site presents different procedures isn't always consistent with reality.

you cannot go forward 10mm, that would be insane. 4-5mm max. You can do exactly what your tslking about with a split genioplasty. It will either look like this, or this. This is what im getting this next month with my bimax.

dm with any questions, giant also has some good genio designs that do what your talking about.
