Already got a Stretchmark on the right side of my ribcage? on my arms slight ones too, i think this is working, gained some bodyfat inevitably ofcourse

me being retarded, used it as an excuse to eat shitty. didnt know anything about looksmaxxing or anything. so just ate whatever the fuck and trained

what to avoid
Imo u should not bulk ever unless if ur too underweight, but if u decide ur going to do it then be in a very small surplus

Eat clean food aswell, avoid getting to high of a bf%

If u have a wider skull or shit fat distribution then dont even think about going above 16% bf

oh my fat distribution is somewhat good i think, my face stays the same till i go below 12% or over 20%, so im good i think, yea im eating clean, 250-500 calorie surplus

what i mean by my face not changing is not literal, ofcourse it changes slightly, but not to the point where my friends would point it out, and they do point out alot of stuff about my appearance, when i used to be 24% bodyfat i got called fat everyday, now not anymore, also im on thyroid medication and i find its very hard to gain actual fat on it

Why not meโ€ฆ.. every where i see, people who are 15 donโ€™t have as much baby fat as I do, not even my brother who is at 20% bf

My brother is 13, I convinced him to eat a high cholesterol rich diet, he also accompanies me whenever I sprint, letโ€™s see if he grows tall

Also stick to the lower end of the surplus so to around 200-300 calories surplus, you dont need more than that.

incorrect. it can happen with fast muscle gain as well usually where u r genetically gifted.

I bulked for a week and couldnt even look in the mirror without crashing out

how much was your surplus
Probably way too much ngl.

For a few days I suspect it was anywhere between 500-1k which were all eating in one or two meals which bloated me to absolute hell. Lost completely blurred my abs, bloated my face and gave me acne.

Id be lying if I said I didnt do shit wrong ngl
