I have been stretching my dih for like a week and i feel like it’s working, what I do is that i take my dih with my hands and i put weights like a bag with books on my hand and i pull down, i do this 15 min every nights and i feel like i made an improvement,honestly don’t even care if i hurt myself i just want a bigger
