I'm sure this has been discussed already, but I would like to give my 2 cents, feel free to call me out on any bullshit, again this is just my take.
Its important to remember that this entirely unnecessary and doesnt upvalue/devalue your face its just some research on dimples, since I was curious - (I also believe its kind of stupid and waste of time)
Why?
Dimples enhance youthfulness and cuteness in both genders
They can also enhance the contour of hollow cheeks and overall facial attractiveness
Obviously, they are both conventionally attractive and are not the best examples
I also agree with the following:
However, I believe they make an average face stand out and more appealing due to their rarity, "cherry on top"
It is estimated that 1/3 of people have dimples, I can only think of a handful of people in my irl environment that have had them throughout my school/college experience.
Cheek Piercing
Although they make you look like a faggot, once removed can help to achieve the effect. Obviously, this should be done with a low bf% else it just looks retarded
This method in itself is super retarded most people dislike the scarring and want it gone.
Not to mention the likely hood of infection

Cost is roughly: $1,500+ (subject to variance)
Looks a lot more realistic, performed under local anesthetics, and recovery is (1-2 weeks) and is done in the area of the cheek where there are no significant nerves or blood vessels

This is completely subjective and isn't a make or break in attractiveness. I dont believe it is a necessary procedure but this is just some information for those that are interested.
