I have 3 cheek dimples in the left and 0 in the right.

Not mouth dimples, cheek dimples.

When I smile and flex my cheek it only shows 2, since 2 of the dimples are in the same horizontal position at the side profile. When I flex it slightly u can see that its actually 3 dimples.
