Was hard mewing on a run doing some intervals and at the end of a sprint up a particularly hilly part I felt the chunks coming up my throat. So I lowered my mask and I tried just letting it all out, but my tongue didn’t move, so it ended up being blocked at the end of my throat.
I stopped breathing for a second and then choked all the vomit like a projectile on the pathway.
