If you use Instagram wisely you can meet new people. Facebook too, but Instagram has geolocalization that you can use to follow new profiles next to you. My advice Is to find just one good friend and try to become friend with his other friends. Otherwise you can use tinder but its a little bit different.

Why socialize with people online who will bring nothing beneficial to your life if yo you at least make friends or acquaintance girl you can use them to your benefit.
