Im going with blepharoplasty and under eye rim implants but please let me know your opinion

basically i have the worst under eye area possbible, dark eye circles and bad under eye support let me know what do you think, also lefort 1 would be kind of expensive while blepharoplasty is around 100 dollars (in my country)

so i would say either bleph or under eye rim implants (titanium)

Well, you can get fat grafts too but they'll usually be part of getting a bleph or a lift.

Filler is a terrible idea in that area imo, because it will migrate, and it will do so very quickly. And I have no idea what you mean with sides? Do you mean your malar prominence or your zygomatic arch/along the side of your zygomatic bone?

But is filler an option? Sure, just a terrible one. Your better off saving a bit more and getting a fat graft instead imo
