So i do a part time job and this disgusting rat face has been there for 20 years and thinks he owns the world , he isnt in a position to give orders but he acts like he's the boss and everyone is his slave . He also usually vent and blames everything he can on younger guys too ( includes me) even when he's the retard that makes a mistake.

Not to mention his disgustingly low iq , only thing he has is arrogance , everybody hates him but nobody says anything cause you would have to fight with him . If he's been kissing the boss's ass for 20 years he's most likely not gonna fight you for telling him off. He might bluff and tell you to meet him somewhere but 9/10 he'll eventually back down if you follow through to the end. Even if you can't beat him you should probably roll the dice and tell his ass off next time he vents about you within earshot.
