Powdered potassium. If u want a serious diuretic then do furosemide but furosemide isnt even worth it tbh bc it doesnt keep it off and messes with the body

Isnt too much potassium bad I already get around 2500mg of potassium and consume around 800-900 mg of of sodium

Yes you can become hyperkalemic, but i wouldnt stress bc our normal diets barely touch what were supposed to take

is my source of diuretics that I take currently good for optimal flushing fluid retention though?

yes. Do 3Liters of water per day and throw in cardio. At least a mile a day every other day with fruits like apples and bananas. I did this in rehab and got diabolically faceslimmed
