Is this a doable DIY surgery? Im thinking about buying a scalpel, isopropyl alcohol, and stitches in order to conduct the operation. I will do it in the bathtub after sterilizing the whole bathroom while my family is away. Lidocaine as well as sedatives from IndiaMart will be administered intra-op. A cut will be made on the interior of each cheek, and a tool will be used to scrape out approximately 50% of the fat pads before stitching shut the incisions. I will also need antibiotics from indiamart probably. Thoughts? Anything else I should have on hand? Seems like a pretty rudimentary and easy surgery.

You don't need fat removal surgery you need mma double jaw surgery

It's a very very very stupid idea. Is the cost of getting the surgery done in a hospital greater than the cost of potentially botching yourself or getting an infection? I don't think so, either save up to get the surgery done or don't do it at all.

Very high risk, for a probably shitty result. Plus, being completely honest with you, I don't think you'd have the guts to do it once you actually cut through your flesh. There's a reason why surgeons study years to do something as simple as that.

Nope, not realistic. Find a dentist to do it for you, they will charge you a fraction of a surgeon's.
