DIY extra shoelifts [add half an inch to your lifts]

I went from 3cm fraud to 4-4.5 cm fraud
You can fraud an extra half an inch heres what you do
Get a sock , make it like a square stack layers on top
Put it under your shoelifts heel part
This tilts your shoelifts up
I measured myself with and without the sock addition
I came about half an inch taller

It wont be bad if you are careful just put it well

Theoretically you could keep adding socks to fraud more it just gets unstable after like 6cm fraud tho

I honestly dont recommend going over 4.5cm
If you are used to it do 4.5cm if ur not start with 3cm until you adapt in a week

i used folded paper towels with some tape

never really frauded more than 2 inches total given most people wear shoes about .5 - 1 inch i was only frauding like 1 inch of barefoot height if that makes sense

seems like a lot of effort to fraud 3 inches becouse people will notice at that point, never had anyone notice or comment when i was frauding only 2 inches, even if they do you just say they are thick shoes and nobody rlly cares

3 inches tho would be pretty obvious once you take them off, or if you ever wear different ones
