This is an account of how filler helped with my self image during the time period of having little to no money on any cosmetic procedures at all, and how I avoided the cons of the rumors circulating the matter as a young college student.

I've bought way too much filler for a single lifetime, but it's genuinely so cheap and accessible that women are administering it themselves on the daily. Not only is each syringe only $20-$40 but clinics will charge you around 1900% of that for each one while still ending up giving you extremely mediocre results that minimize risk of dissatisfaction in case of anything going wrong for their practice.
The fact that I could walk into a bathroom and walk out 30 minutes later with a 5x better looking face was astonishing to me and has given my past self a whole new perspective on life going out in public for the first time with my new face, and it was great no matter how ND I was regardless, but it doesn't matter.

Before the migration comments start coming, yes I was aware of the risks which is exactly where hyaluronidase comes in, essentially a filler dissolver enzyme that you inject into the areas containing any gel and allowing it to spread locally. I'd rinse and repeat this method every 3-4 months instead of the typical 6-12 out of fear of anything going wrong, but at the end of the day I can say I was very happy with the results, and not the type that you see on google with very minimal changes either. At some point I was increasing my "projection" of bones by entire inches especially in the lower third area due to most of the anchoring traits you have in your face being there. I was filler frauding so hard, my entire fwhr shifted in terms of perception which is supposedly one of the most difficult things to improve surgically. I had about 4ml in my chin for both height and projection, 1-2ml per side of each gonion for more of a "wider jaw", 2-3ml in each lateral which also increased the perceived height that they sat at, among all the other misc features I required a boost in to increase my facial harmony.

So in conclusion, the results I've gotten are similar to those you might see on mid sized implants in small bones, yes it's temporary, no it's not hard to do or have access to, and even with implants you will still most likely need to have some filler done to round the ridges off and achieve desired results regardless. I'd say that it's better to have gone down this route first before considering anything more invasive to give you a better idea of what would harmonize well for your face and what wouldn't. The best part? Nobody noticed anything or even mentioned it until my own mother saw me in person again and mentioned that I look like I got more mature and asked me about whether I had done something to my face or not, and of course I'm not going to say yes but fortunately she believed my story about bonesmashing which is complete cope anyways.

TLDR: Filler is the best cheap and simple alternative to take advantage of as a younger male who wishes for instant results without many repercussions as long as you learn your facial anatomy, harmony, and what suits your phenotype the most.

You can watch general technique videos on yt but it’s pretty self explanatory man. I did it without training by understanding which direction it’ll point and what would fit my face to boost harmony

Fair, I mostly stick to keeping it placed on top of existing structure to extend the perceived height of my natural zygos

Can you write a little bit about what brands of acid you used? Or stitches he injected? I've thought about doing the same in some clinics, but in my country it's very expensive.

I used hyaluronic acid gel filler with the main brands to my liking being, "revolax deep" as my main structural support which I injected onto the bone itself, as well as "jeunetique deep" being my soft tissue contour and touch up brand of choice. Not sure what you mean by "or stitches he injected?" though.

That's what I meant, thanks bro.

For example, which brands do you recommend for enhancing the gonion and mento contours? Could you indicate their product lines? I saw you cited the source, thanks for that too, bro.

I've been researching some DIY methods on YouTube, but there are usually only ones by women. I want to improve my face while I can't afford decent surgery and implants.

Do you think fillers might interfere with future surgeries?

I referred the brands I used which happened to be the best cheap options out there, there are better ones but for what I was doing it wasn’t required. Filler shouldn’t mess with procedures as long as you have them dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. In case you missed that, I was using it every 3-4 months to locally dissolve the gel before renewing my facial structure instead of the typical 8-12 months most people wait after getting filler done professionally. I would also highly suggest not doing gonion filler diy as this caused me quite the issues such as unable to chew without it migrating for about a week. I would push the filler back manually into position which was only creating inflammation and fluid buildup, causing me to lose any definition in my side profile for a bit until the filler settled into the original position while I ate from a straw or soft foods only. If you’re getting it done anyways, it’d be best to have a professional perform this, otherwise you can do what I did lol.

mirin bro glad to hear ascending via DIY fillers saved ur confidence and I assume overall quality of life, and ofc really nice results (hope you can spread positivity on this forum and to other young men, unlike the rest of the doomers and dumbasses on the forum :lul:).

I do wanna ask though, do you think there was some other underlying issue regarding the effects of ur under eyes (like health/skin related, etc)? Anyways if you do have any personal anecdotes of how your life exactly changed in terms of ur day to day experiences, any interesting stories, etc please do make threads on that would definitely be interested.

Thank you so much for answering my questions, bro! So, I'll hold off on getting the jawline (gonion) fillers done at a clinic for now and will do my chin (menton) DIY instead.

Can cheekbone (zygo) fillers be harmful or dangerous due to migration? What do you think about that?

While he gets back to you, people are constantly fear mongering filler by claiming it “migrates” which is when the gel becomes loose and shifts over time.

This only happens if you aren’t careful in the following week after injection where the gel is still integrating into the body’s soft tissue.

Honestly just don’t do stupid things like getting into fights, too much physical activity, or making a lot of facial expressions :Shruge:

How can u be careful
I made a thread on filler in the lower third and I heard that jaw implants are a better option
And that over time filler is more expensive
What’s your opinion?

Implants are the better long term option, you’ll still need to get filler placed on top which is common practice for many people to smooth out any harsh angles or add projection if not 100% to your liking.

Filler is no more than $25-45 per syringe of gel for Korean brands. I’m sure that over a span of many years it’ll come out to be more expensive sure.
