Could you cut your moobs off? Yes. Should you? No. Will you likely end up mutilated and gangreous? Probably
Just consult a surgeon its one of the easier and cheaper surgeries out there

But yeah moneypill is brutal i'm afraid but your medical bills will probably be more than gyno surgery if you take a knife to your moobs and live somewhere without socialised healthcare
Just don't do it dude, I know its rough but focus on improving your living situation and only then stress about things like this
