Doing way too much would prolly give shin splints but im doing it for past 8months now like sprinting, masai jumps 50-100 alternate days and using 2-3kg ankle weights on each leg and cycling 20kms per day or alternate but saw no change, am i doing smtg wrong cuz those guys in experiments increased after 18 too

basically just cut a hole in your leg and break the femur then insert a Palate expander but use it on your femur so its a femur expander and then Inject fillers so your bone heals and you ascend
