on my hand and i regret it. a mole is really fucking deep and you have to make a gaping hole in yourself just to cut it out. go to a dermatologist.

I have done. Easy to remove your own moles. Just go on a low setting and be patient rather than trying to nuke them leaving a scar. If you fuck up you can always use Tret as a scar removal.

This is very dangerous.

Besides pain and scars, some (most)moles need to be studied under a microscope by a pathologist to assess the risk of cancer. Some pigmented lesions can be lasered away but only by a dermatologist after assessing their clinical features with a dermatoscope.

Yeah in my case it’s removed and evened out my skin. I’m not sure about scar for a short philtrum but with giving it a go anyway as it will make a difference
