Finally, after waiting for ages I got my hands on some PCL threads, which are similar to PDO threads but they are more effective and last longer.

I used 29 guage ACE threads (mono screw), in about a week I'll use about 10 superscrews.

The insertion was relatively painless for the infraorbital region, I didn't use lidocaine or anything. The brow ridge was pretty painful though you just have to send it. The angle wasn't perfect but I'll do quite a few more threads at a positive tilt so it should be fine. I want to increase zygomatic width, but right now I focused on infraorbital support over decreasing ESR (the goal). My next main area which I will spam with mono screws is on my lateral zygomatic regions so that my face width increases. I'll measure my changes in ESR and FWHR. My goal is to expand face width by around 4-5%.

I just did the threads today so results will take some time but I will post updates.

Drop a guide
It's pretty simple, you want to target regions where more support would be beneficial and if your ESR is high then you can also target the lateral zygos. Cogs are different as they create pulling forces, they can be used to lift the eye region/eyebrows and also can be used to constrict the alar base via insertion behind.

Generally you want to insert at the upper layer of fat below the skin surface without going that deep. The idea is to do this where possible while avoiding the eyes.

Also a good way to create a boost is to create a lattice when you stack multiple threads over each other (like 2 threads one way in the same area and 3 threads the other way creating a lattice). I'm likely going to do this with the superscrews.

Still hurts a bit. Next up is my eye hood, lateral tilted infras and inner infras with smaller threads

update on any results so far?

I have a boost in the areas I used, my brow ridge still aches somewhat because I think I either placed it partially into muscle or it's just a sensitive area.

I have some bruising on my cheek, I'll wait a few days (until mostly/completely recovered) until I do some more threads. The next threads I will do will be smaller so they can target more specific areas.

The idea is to eventually produce a more positive orbital vector and provide a visible under-eye support. I think I should be able to do it with about 8 more threads.

After this (if it goes well), I'll start putting threads on my lateral zygos.

what did you inject then

You insert the needles inside your skin layer sideways then after a few minutes press down on the area and pull them out.

Did this a few days ago, differences are subtle though it can take time to make changes. I might just repeat the same layout once again with superscrews.

yo gng can you pls post a pic of your under eye area so I can see what it looks like now? you can dm me it ifyw.
considering whether to do it or not. I did pdo threads last summer results were mid, hard to notice, and now this shit dissolved and I look even more subhuman. our under eye area look almost the same

I don't want to send a pic, but basically it boosted my infras a decent amount but it did not hugely improve my orbital vector, I'd need infraorbital implants or fat grafting to get projection significant enough
