It doesn’t even hurt that much and i did it like a maniac got it on my lip, gum and fingers and it was temporarily white.

All this shit for maybe 1 or 2 shades of difference

Use teeth whitening strips and stop eating slop (if you haven't already). Them Js follow normal brushing routine. 2 min everyday and night, floss every day etc.
