Gyno is caused because of high prolactin and estrogen.

So just get some aspirin (it has anti estrogen and prolactin effects) and water, mix it with a small amount of water until the aspirin is in a paste like consistency and then apply it to ur nipple

You can use aqualux to remove it, refer to @Orc guide for it

wont remove the glandular tissue but reduce its appearance

prolactin doesn't tend to cause gyno it just makes your nipples look puffy and lactate.

it's also not caused by 'high estrogen'

is it true if you dont have gyno at 18,you dont form it later in life assuming you dont do steroids?

no.

most men will develop gyno during their life, only pseuds think it's a sign of steroid abuse because in reality it's not actually that much more prevalent among abusers than it is in the general population.

most men are just too fat to be able to tell they've got it, but it's there.

does gyno always come with puffy nipples?

no, gyno on it's own just makes your nipples look perky but not puffy.
i fear i may have both! its not severe but when its cold they shrink and my lower chest looks much better. ill probably just try losing fat and maybe that p5p thing u talked about

i don't think its that bad though im not too bothered

You can't. People will recommend ralofloxine or whatever it's called, but that doesn't really work on gyno you have had since puberty. It may work on post cycle gyno however. You need surgery to get rid of long standing gyno

Hgh + E2 = gyno. Its that simple

it's not that simple sadly.
Its what i saw in every studies on the subject
High concentration of E2 and hight hgh result in gyno
There is probably also a genetic factor but thats pretty much it

if your testosterone balances it out nothing would happen.

then again prolactin lowers testosterone, hence the relationship.

most men have some degree of gyno upon dissection, most are just too fat to be able to tell.
