Implants aren’t cope but in cases like these it is obviously way more of a priority to have orthognathic surgery before anything else. This guy could, for example, almost definitely benefit from a custom zygomatic/infraorbital implant to boost his midface width and angularity. But of course, he already looks way better than he used to.
