No, it is an autosomal test, so it goes back only for 300 years. But, you can use your raw data and run it through third-party tools or sites which can give you some more insight on your more ancient background. Though I would say, you can also just look at samples from your countrymen and then basically that’s what your genetic profile will consist of as well, if you don’t want to pay for another test. You can still use your raw data from MyHeritage to find out about your Y-DNA haplogroup, for instance.

Yes, I think I told you about it. Can you access your raw data file? The .txt file. Btw, you can perhaps convert your raw data file to a 23andme file and find your basal maternal haplogroup, but you won’t get the specific subclass.

How do u do that

You need to download your raw data file and then upload it here. They predicted L1a1 for me, which turned out to be accurate for me after I used another testing company to get the actual haplogroups and I got a more specific subclade of L1a1, so it’s a good predictor.
