DNP | BUYING EMPTY CAPSULES

ive been looking for an hour on amazon and i cant find empty capsules that are exactly either 200mg or 250mg so i cant precisely track how many mg i take if i go on and buy a capsule with a higher container amount its too risky is there any other ways to track how many mg i take ???

You’re not considering density and fill efficiency.

I bought a milligram scale for this and I use the 00 capsules, ostensibly these are 1000mg capsules but with DNP due to the low packing efficiency I get (I just put DNP in with a little spatula) the actual amount is 400mg per capsule.

Wouldn’t recommend self filling without a scale tbh. Too dangerous to get wrong.

2 days at 400mg and I’m sweating through my shirt sitting in a 24C office.
Not my first cycle.
