keep seeing conflicting info, some saying eat at 60% carbs and some saying cut out as much carbs as possible and go carnivore or keto.

also see some sources say eat at maintenance and some say go in a caloric deficit. is large deficit ok (of like 1k cal deficit on normal maintaine)?

what’s the answer to both of these?

Eat limited carbs. You will feel like a chemo patient without carbs on a 1k deficit and DNP

i’ll run for 10days only. will start with 200mg, and thinking of just running that the whole 10days so i can keep thyroid function and not become bloated asf.
protein meals only throughout the day along with 1 carb meal good?

Optimal u can do 500 deficit too or even 250, dnp is strong

The more carbs you eat the more heat you will generate. Keep carbs low, which everyone should do anyway since they're empty calories but it's especially important on DNP.

Calories are units of heat. You can not eat calories nor burn them.

Carbs, sugars, and grains are poison. Avoid all of them at all costs.

The optimal human diet is carnivore. This is high fat, high protein, and no carbs outside of the small amounts animal products give you. Meat, eggs, butter, etc.
