every 100mg of DNP increases BMR by 11%
so taking 400 mg would increase by 44%

does this mean, since the half life is 36hr, by day 4 for example, youll have 910mg DNP in system so BMR increases by 99%

No you would die if your BMR increased by 99% jfl idk the exact math but from what I’ve read for every 100mg it’s roughly 100 calories added to your maintenance . So you would be burning around 900-1000 calories by day 4 on 400mg

i mean by day 6 you’d have 1g of dnp in your system. i don’t think it makes sense for it to only increase depending on the dosage you take, since it accumulates due to half life.

And that's where retards fuck up
They think they are taking 400mg dnp ed and that's what in their blood but it's actually 900+
Anything over 1500mg is brutally dangerous for you
And yes your bmr increases by 10% for every 100mg so at 910 tou are getting 91% bmr increase which means if your maintenance is 3000 calories now your body is burning 3000+ 0.91*3000 = 5730 calories
And if you eat 2500 calories ed then you are at a deficit of 3230
Also whenever you do any sort of excercise /cardio to burn calories on dnp you are burning 2x the calories you would without using dnp so if by walking for 1 hr normally you burn 200 calories on dnp you'll be burning 400
And a deficit of 3500 = 1lbs of fat lost and on dnp 90% of weight loss = fat loss so for every 3500 calories deficit you are losing 0.9lbs of fat on dnp
And as you are on a deficit of almost 3500 calculated above you'll be burning 0.9lbs of pure fat Ed so if you run this cycle for 21 days total of which 17 will be the true days when your blood is at 910 mg then you are burning 17*0.9 = 15.3lbs of pure fat in just a matter of 3 weeks
This will take you months to do so but on dnp it's just a matter of weeks
Be careful tho you get hungry and itchy asf and if you feel very lethargic then don't go too hard in the gym and don't fuck up your diet..

i should mention, done for a short period like 2 weeks since 3weeks + should be run on 200-250mg i think

You will fell hungry asfffff and lethargic too

99% seems unfeasible
ive heard the average person with 1000mg of active dnp will increase bmr by 55% instead
having 1200mg-1500mg in your system will bring you to the edge of death though

i don't think it accumulates so linearly like that
heres source showing that it doesnt add on 11% every time you increase by 100mg linearly because 500mg is having diminishing returns
but at this point i'm not even sure how much it diminishes further and further down the line because nobody is flooding their bloodstream with dnp and recording their bmr like that

do u have source for this info? or how did u come to k is it’s based on accumulated dose instead of dose taken orally?
there is quite a lot of conflicting info on this topic?
