Went from 65kg to 61. Some of it I'd water but decent shit

Taking 5mg of reta which makes me almost throw up when I'm taking the supplements

How is your appetite on dnp? and how much is the reta counteracting the appetite stimulation?

Only taking 200mg but appetite is pretty much non existent with reta
