do i have to put it in capsules to consume it or can i just dose 300mg with a balance and put it directly in my goyslopmaxxed mouth ?

put it in capsules so you dose accurately, also the capsule helps it stay intact before reaching the digestive system so it doesnt get preemptively broken down by spit and stuff

search empty capsules on amazon and buy the ones for the dosage you want then just fill them up by scooping them through the powder or using the little spoon if it comes with one

i measured it and then put it in milk

too lazy for capsules

and more then 600mg i tend to vomit if i diddnt eat a big meal before
