DNP Update Day 2

Hey folks, just wanted to document my experience with 10 days of DNP cycle in case I die in the process

I frontloaded DNP with 450mg on Day 1 and planning to stick to 300mg for rest of the cycle. Everyday I am also taking CoQ tabs to save my mitochondrias and Cetirizine to avoid rashes from DNP.

Day 1:
(9 AM -> 300 mg, 9 PM -> 150 mg) = 450 mg
- Weight: 71 Kgs
- I took DNP empty stomach which made stomach upset for few hours.
- Other than stomach upset I noticed little bit of sweat, overall it was a good day.

Day 2:
(9 AM --> 150 mg, 9 PM 150 mg) = 300 mg
- Weight: 71 Kgs
- More sweating, yellow urine, sore throat. Overall it was manageable.
- Less energy in GYM, less motivation to do things.

So today is Day 6, I have officially stopped the cycle.

Hoping for exit and recovery in next 4-5 days.
I was not able to tolerate its side effects like
Extreme heat (I stay in India), dehydration (I have razor blade throat), vomiting and diarrhea.


Lets hope I recover from this shit. For the people who get through all this and complete the 10+ days cycle, I have massive respect for you all.
