its my 3rd day so i have like 300mg in my system.
i decided to drink milk 30 minutes before school (50g of carbs) because i thought that 300mg is not enough to really do anything to me. I WAS WRONG!!
45 minutes passed by, im in class, and i start sweating BULLETS. my ass is sweaty, my entire face, my neck, my arms, EVERYTHING. I FELT LIKE A FUCKING JEW IN THE OVEN NIGGA
it went away 45 minutes after i started sweating, feeling ok now. seems like ill really have to do the keto diet
