Dnp usage and experience

was going to use clenbuterol but saw dnp mogs.. currently 16 yo old 19-20 % bf trying to reach 9-12 % bf will use 200mg / day until i run out and will eat zero carbs so i dont die at an internal temp of 45c. are there any dnp users who have experience with sides and what should i expect. Will also take 2gs of KCl , creatine and l-carnitine aside
 
you need carb intake or else you'll go hypoglycemic and itll reduce the effectiveness of dnp so you shouldnt be afraid of carbs
200mg is barely noticeable but the results are good if you run a clean diet and do cardio and exercise
its more important to supplement vit c, e, and nac along with antioxidants and minerals like ala, grape seed extract, magnesium and selenium since its said dnp releases free radicals and ur worries of overheating come from dehydration and lack of electrolytes unless youre like zyzz and you go sit in a sauna
also since youre running a low dose dont get impatient and try and blast yourself with more dnp at the start because you're not feeling anything, it progressively builds up in your system
thyroid activity will be shut down when ur on dnp but will go back to normal after a week of stopping dnp
and finally dont think that just because ur on dnp you can pig out so just eat with a deficit or maintain
do some more research before hopping on dnp but i reckon its ok to run 200mg for a prolonged time but its not clear cut how safe that actually is
also there was a thread saying dnp might cause hyperkalaemia so cut out the kcl

Same dosage, same time, every day. Don't deviate. If you miss the time, your next dose should be 24h after your previous, without fail. DO NOT GO UP IN DOSAGE IN FIRSTY CYCLE. Your 200mg plan is good.

Focus on water intake, electrolytes are super important. I got some electrolyte supplement to add to water and did alot of that per day.
Hit some cardio, bike, incline walk, whatever 30min+ per day.

You'll get hot, sweaty easier, during sleep, etc. It may be frightening to feel like you're burning up and the heat keeps rising. Take deep breaths and remind yourself that you did research, you are at a safe dosage, and monitor temp.

RE: Low Carb - Carbs will make you hotter, obviously, so just do healthy ones at lower amounts if possible.
 
tbh I just run 125mg for like 3 weeks and I don't really have any sides besides mild sweating. slow and steady wins the race especially in this regard. on 125mg you can pretty much do whatever you like without worrying about being too hot, needing to drink enough water etc

It's ok to up the dosage in your first cycle I did that and I was fine
It's also ok to up the dosage within the first 4-5 days of your cycle
It's also ok to not dose precisely after 24h

I've already played around with DNP and enjoyed as much carbs as I want, even eating a pizza on it and I'm still alive and able to tell u to stop fearmongering DNP :lul:
