Depends on the place, if it's like a blue collar job in construction, garbage disposal, factory, etc., there are lots of macho types there, who talk shit all the time, if you're weak, short, high-inhib, etc., you could become a target.

In white collar jobs, it's less likely to happen, even less in a place with lots of nerdy types: programmers, researchers, scientists, etc.
