Basically the title, i wanna know if AIs like arimistance and such make your estrogen spike after hopping off. If there are any that DON'T spike estrogen, lmk

Arimistane is worthless
Aromasin will not spike estrogen after stopping
Arimidex and Letrozole can temporarily spike estrogen after stopping
Explanation: An enzyme called aromatase is what converts testosterone to estrogen. Arimidex or letrozole binds to this aromatase instead of testosterone, but doesn't convert to estrogen. They basically work by taking up space, but doing nothing. But as soon as they are out of your system, all the accumulated testosterone in your blood is free to immediately bind to aromatase and make estrogen.
Aromasin destroys aromatase, so when aromasin is out of your system, you have to wait for aromatase to replenish. Usually by the time it does, your hormones are more balanced, so there's no spike.
