Benzo fucks ur sleep in the long term... So it fucks your physical attractiveness.
Same for weed, + the fact that you smoke it so you got all the bad chemicals from smoke + bad fertilizer from indoor high thc big buds + smoke contact with face and eyes + ugly old smoker wrinkles around the lip.
Codeine is a tricky one. From what I can recall it turns into morphine in your stomach (if u eat it).
While pure morphine is pretty clean for the human body, long term uses involve a strong physical dependance that put a lot of stress on the body... This is why most injectors look like shit (ofc, it's not the only reason... the lifestyle of drug addicts is the first culprit.)
Tramadol : Same shit as codeine.
Honestly, the only drugs that won't technically harm your body are strong psychedelics (LSD, mushrooms etc)
But they may turn you crazy + always the same with lifestyle : If you start taking lsd every saturdays, it's very unlikely your life will be about looksmaxxing, eating clean, getting enough sleep etc etc.
