yeah i smoke occasionally, helps calm my head a bit when things get heavy. just don’t make it a daily thing or you’ll end up even more drained long term. if you’re doing it to cope, try doing it with intention, like after the gym or before sleep. weed’s fine in moderation, just don’t let it become your only escape.
