In the study by Wong et al3, judges of various ethnicities (including Caucasian, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, Hispanic, and African) rated lips and faces based on their attractiveness. Korean men and women were judged to have the most attractive lips, but the least attractive faces, while Caucasian men and women were judged to have the least attractive lips, but the most attractive faces. Interestingly, the lips did not seem to contribute much to overall facial attractiveness.

I haven't read the study myself but that obviously doesn't imply in itself that lips don't matter. In fact, they are obviously a common trait among good-looking people. It's just that whites on average have other good traits that compensate for it, so they are still better looking I guess.

White is itself the ultimate halo. To be a white man is to be superior to ethnics in 5,000 years of history. It's imbued in the melanin content of their epidermis. They do have superior harmony and features in general because they care more (orthopedic treatment, and such) , but that's not the deciding factor... If you were to dye them a different color -> smv crashes.
