Do eye exercises actually help with hooding and rounding?

I’ve been doing STO, frontalis massage, orbicularis oculi exercises. Do they work? It’s only been 2 weeks, am I only at the tip of the iceberg? I also notice eye improvement after sauna and running

interesting lmk how it goes. btw ideally what would it help with eye area wise?
I think its to make the surrounding orbicular muscles hypertrophize or get it used to its squinted state. theoretically then, after your eyes get used to it, they should: increase your perceived pfl (by shortening eye height), make your eyes appear deeper set and better your canthal tilt.

I just finished doing an hour of it and I can somewhat feel it. my eyes feels more twitchy but its like a muscle pump for ur eyes.

changes eyelid shape but depends on your orbitals/browridge as to how it affects you

permanently?
i used to have minor ptosis probably due to sphenoid difference between my left/right side causing a less visible crease for my left eyelid

doing eye exercises and sphenoid realignment initially did help eyelid symmetry but would occasionally revert back to it's original crease

however, after a 1 & 1/2 years my hooding was consistently symmetrical, which i suspect besides the other stuff is also due to collagen
