Do eye surgeons only operate if you have an obvious flaw?

I'm considering canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction to improve my eye area.

I have an NCT but I don't have any major problem with my lower eyelid I just want to improve it. Would an eye surgeon such as Taban refuse to operate?

No, it's a cosmetic surgery. Just ask for it and they'll do it as long as you aren't a mentalcel or BDDcel.

it's cantho and lower lid retraction and canthoplasty is a great surgery only reason why his eyes look fucked is because the surgeon pushed the lower lid too high over the iris
